Basketball Skills
Basketball Training is about developing the fundamentals of players in a team and one-on-one setting. The workouts are sessions dedicated to 100% skill development and cover shooting, ball handling, passing, athleticism, defense, and/or other important basketball skills. Our participants also enjoy clinics and camps in conjunction to the trainings.
Fitness
Fitness training balances all elements of good health. Offerings include aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training, and flexibility and stretching. Whether a novice taking the first steps toward fitness or an exercise fanatic hoping to optimize your results, our fitness training programs can help.
Seasoned Guests
Because we are responsive to our local community and their desires, we have activities especially for our Vets in the game! Weekly Fitness Program, Health & Wellness Check-Ups, Line Dance Classes, Bingo and more!
Life Skills
Participants gain an accurate understanding to raise their personal standards and techniques to improve personal decision making, lifestyle and etiquette, and trends while ensuring they are equipped to represent themselves well at all times.
